This work was inspired by the folk song in the village called "Tokuyama, Gifu-prefecture", where was planned to be sunk under the Dam. Originally, this was recorded on the album performed with a famous flutist, Sir James Galway and released in USA. Hiro rewrote it for Mandolin Orchestra.
