20 min. This was a challenge for the mandolin orchestra and Hiro tried something new in this music, unlike any others. He adopted a technique of flexible harmony, elements of jazz which players are given discretion on some parts and introduced a recorded water sound. The inspiration of this music is from sprouts of life in the spring and admiration of the great nature. It was commissioned and first performed by Hiroshima Shudo University. The music is based on the symphony orchestra titled "A Song of Spring".
